Our standard fee is 7-10% and is dependent on the number of properties and overall gross revenue within the portfolio. We accept all ownership sizes (as small as 1 property)!
Currently, we charge a leasing fee of 50% of first months rents, all maintenance costs are included and no fee is charged to you or your clients. The cost of processing payments is deducted from any rent payments.
