ABOUT POSITION The Inventory Coordinator is a pivotal member of our Operations Team. They manage the
receiving of all inventory, including products and basic supplies, and work to ensure that deliveries are received,
designated, and distributed to the appropriate department in the warehouse. This position is responsible to
perform inventory control functions, as well as coordinating physical and system inventory transactions. This
person can handle a physically demanding workload, has proficient counting skills, and is comfortable with
computers and spreadsheets.
INBOUND & RECEIVING
• Ensure the timely receipt and distribution of all deliveries, including packages, freight, and pallet transfers
• Perform inventory counts for all deliveries to check for damages, mis-shipments, and discrepancies
• Works in compliance with the company’s digital inventory system
• Oversea ready-to-ship collection inventory and adjustments
• Communicate with teams internally to review and resolve any inventory count discrepancies
• Assign and create staging areas for larger inbound or outbound shipments
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with 3PLs, as directed by the Director of Operations
• Assist Buying Manager in setting up new product listings, ensuring product description & back end details are formatted accurately
BACKSTOCK & RESTOCKING
• Maintain an organized, easy to navigate, backstock area of surplus product
• Manage, participate, and delegate restocking responsibilities to supporting team members, to enable seamless and organized product picking
WAREHOUSE INVENTORY
• Perform weekly inventory counts for all basic supplies
• Provide accurate inventory reports to Director of Operations and immediately communicate any discrepancies
• Ensure that inventory and supplies are clearly and legibly labeled
• Maintain pristine appearance, organization, and safety of the warehouse
• Support and enable fulfillment with the distribution and or removal of supplies throughout the warehouse
• Organize and assist directly in quarterly and end of year inventory counts
• Safely shrink-wrap pallets and assist in the movement and handling of materials
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must have a basic understanding of inventory control procedures and math skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Drive; Shopify experience a plus but not required
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds and perform other flexible movements regularly and routinely
• Comfortable using a pallet jack, preferably forklift certified
• Ability to stand for 4+ hours a day as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated
• Must have a strong work ethic, excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work within a team environment as well as independently
• Fluent in English
• Must be eligible to work in the US

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Location: BOXFOX | Hawthorne, CA 90250 Schedule: Full-Time Position, Hybrid (4 days in office)

ABOUT POSITION Your chief responsibility is to support the B2B Sales Team — specifically our Account Executive— ensuring you are staying on top of the day-to-day tasks and planning ahead, ultimately making sure the BOXFOX team is set up for sales success and maximizing efficiency. You’ll get to wear a lot of different hats: this role is equally divided into admin / maintenance, sales / production process collaboration, reporting, and light client support.
As an Account Coordinator, you should showcase excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and quickly solve problems. You should also act proactively to address your managers’ needs.
SCHEDULING/CONTACT MAINTENANCE
• Vet new leads, schedule calls, manage calendars via Calendly for assigned AE
• Ensuring AE’s are abreast of daily client meetings with short briefs and callouts
• Help organize Salesforce to ensure all contact info is up-to-date on platform
• Research for leads using look-a-like profiles from existing book of business
• Create calendar of key client event dates, past order timeline, repeat opportunities to help inform strategic
outreach and Marketing
SALES PROCESS SUPPORT
• Assist AE with proposals as needed
• Review proposals for pricing, accuracy, typos, and consistency with policies
• Manage all Salesforce data entry once invoice has been paid
• Manage and collect second invoice for taxes and shipping and/or pricing discrepancies from initial invoice
(as flagged by production)
CONCIERGE SUPPORT
• Approving, onboarding, and offering customer service support to Concierge Pro customers
• Support Concierge clients with light gifting proposals, inventory checks, and manual order submissions
• Understand the Concierge B2B business model to upsell Concierge Enterprise service where appropriate
PRODUCTION LIAISON
• Act as point of contact for Production Team on all ongoing orders, raising any red flags with AE on inventory, deadlines, etc.
• Responsible for timely delivery of client deliverables such as logos, copy, and addresses
• Review, reformat, and flag issues with client address spreadsheets before handing to Production
• For larger-scale orders, contact Vendors prior to sending proposal to client to confirm availability
PRODUCT/RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
• Ensure salesperson is following all processes as outlined in the Corporate Directory, scheduling appropriate approval meetings with Sales Managers, Operations, and Production as needed
• Ensure all documents, spreadsheets, catalogs, brochures, case studies, lookbooks for AE are up-to-date and accessible, ensuring collaboration with the appropriate departments to get updated assets

ABOUT POSITION The Customer Experience Assistant is a pivotal member of our B2C team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and a commitment to customer service. This person has mastered the ability to quickly and effectively solve customer issues, questions or concerns while keeping every interaction as human and real as possible. The Customer Experience Assistant is expected to understand the basic aspects of production and adhere to strict safety, quality, and service standards. Additional responsibilities include overseeing ‘Buy Online, Pickup In Store’ orders, mastering personalization software & equipment, and fulfillment duties such as order processing, picking, and packing. This role reports to and is managed by the B2C Fulfillment Manager.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining helpful, concise, and positive responses in- line with our greater brand identity
• Diagnose and assist with complex or escalated customer issues
• Manage customer outreach communication including, but not limited to, invalid address notifications and
oversold product substitutions
• Understand and utilize software including but not limited to Gmail, Shopify, Shipstation, Yatpo, and Slack to
assist with customer inquiry resolution
• Contribute to weekly team meetings with hands-on, effective updates including any relevant feedback from
customers, both positive and negative
• Management and processing of all returned orders within a timely manner
• Communicate with internal teams (ie: fulfillment, buying, merchandising, marketing) to ensure customer
specifications are understood on orders and to anticipate any customer feedback
• Manage any other projects and tasks related to the Customer Experience department including but not limited to
FAQ updates, assistance with shipping calendars, and automatic email responses
WAREHOUSE / FULFILLMENT SUPPORT
• Assist with on the ground fulfillment needs such as order processing, shipping label printing, notewriting, bundling new orders, picking product, packing + shipping orders
• Support with prep work including but not limited to: cutting ribbon, filling boxes with crinkle paper,
• resetting packing tables, finishing raw manufactured product, restocking inventory (raw & packaged)
BUY ONLINE, PICKUP IN STORE (BOPIS)
• Attend to all customers on-site for pickup, including prep for efficient pickup
• Maintain a tidy, clean, and well-merchandised BOPIS storefront
PERSONALIZATION DUTIES
• Master personalization software & equipment use to add personalization to B2C products for order fulfillment - current equipment includes Brother Embroidery machinery
• Manage the order flow after picking and once orders are complete
• Maintain a tidy, clean, and effective workspace

ABOUT POSITION The Marketing Coordinator is the multi-faceted job of your early career dreams. Your true north will be to support the brand building of BOXFOX as we enter our 2nd decade and a new and exciting era! From content creation, editing, writing, strategy, and analysis, this role enables our entire team and customers alike to champion our brand consistently and creatively. You’ll get to wear a lot of different hats: you’ll both support marketing partners and own your own deliverables, all while getting to sit at the intersection of left and right brain pursuits.
As Marketing Coordinator, you should showcase excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to identify and quickly solve problems. You should be the type of person who can style a random iPhone photo on the go, feel comfortable throwing creative spaghetti at the wall, and be the brand’s biggest champion (besides the founders, of course).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute - concept, create, schedule - a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives, calendar and target audience (Instagram/TikTok)
Keep a constantly updated camera roll of relatable and approachable content.
Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to ensure BOXFOX’s profiles are a fun, approachable and comprehensive representation of who we are
Maintain brand messaging and aesthetic consistency
Help to plan and prep for all photoshoots
Shoot and organize all in-house produced assets
Maintain, update, test and improve all permanent email & SMS flows
Support ideation and implementation of various email marketing campaigns
Perform additional duties as required to support business growth
ABOUT YOU
1-2 years of professional work experience
B.A. from 4-year university required
You’re a self starter — we’re there to answer questions and train you, but you keep the ball rolling!
You are curious — Analytical, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
You (preferably) have experience in a start up, entrepreneurial or growth minded environment.
You have a good eye for design and presentation.
Solid knowledge of Google Suite specifically Gmail; Shipstation and Shopify a plus
